Sentinel Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 8, 2026 • Applies to sentinel.vaultedfa.com, vaultedfa.com, and the Sentinel Discord Bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting the Sentinel Discord Bot to your Discord server or accessing the Sentinel web platform at https://sentinel.vaultedfa.com (including sentinel.vaultedfa.com/dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Compliance with Discord Policies
You agree to use Sentinel in strict compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use Sentinel to automate harassment, bypass Discord rate limits, distribute malicious links, or violate applicable laws.
3. Server Administration & Security Actions
Sentinel provides automated enforcement capabilities including AutoModeration, Anti-Raid lockdowns, Anti-Nuke role stripping/banning, and warning escalations. Server owners and administrators are solely responsible for configuring appropriate role hierarchies, trusted user whitelists, and punishment thresholds on sentinel.vaultedfa.com/dashboard.
4. Platform Availability & Updates
While Sentinel is engineered for high availability with automated health checks and resilient database storage, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. We reserve the right to update features, security rules, or limits at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sentinel or vaultedfa.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misconfigured moderation thresholds, administrative actions taken by your server staff, or third-party Discord API outages.
