Sentinel Privacy Policy

1. Overview & Scope

Sentinel (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”), operated under vaultedfa.com and accessible at https://sentinel.vaultedfa.com, provides Discord server security, moderation, ticketing, logging, and web administration services. We are committed to protecting the privacy of Discord server owners, administrators, moderators, and community members.

2. Information We Collect

Sentinel only collects and processes data strictly required to provide its Discord management and security features:

• Discord Identifiers & Metadata: Discord User IDs (Snowflakes), usernames, avatars, server (Guild) IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs.
• Server Configuration Data: Module toggles, AutoMod rules, Anti-Raid & Anti-Nuke thresholds, log routing channels, welcome templates, and custom commands configured by server administrators via Discord slash commands or sentinel.vaultedfa.com/dashboard.
• Moderation & Security Records: Moderation case logs (warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, moderator IDs, and reasons) and security incident records (Anti-Raid and Anti-Nuke triggers).
• Support Ticket Transcripts: When a support ticket is opened and closed within a server using Sentinel's ticketing module, messages sent inside that private ticket channel are compiled into a transcript for server staff review.

3. Message Content Processing

Sentinel does not store general chat messages in a permanent database. Message content is inspected in memory in real time solely to evaluate active AutoModeration rules (e.g., anti-phishing, anti-spam) and to generate message edit/delete audit embeds in channels explicitly configured by the server's administrators.

4. Data Retention & Automatic Expiration

Server administrators control retention periods directly from the dashboard. Ticket transcripts automatically expire according to the server's configured retention window (default: 90 days) and are purged by Sentinel's automated background worker.

5. Data Sharing & Security Protections

We never sell, rent, or trade user or server data to third parties. All sensitive credentials and tokens are redacted from application logs, API endpoints are protected by rate limiting and strict CORS policies, and database records are isolated per Discord Guild ID.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

Server owners may delete their server's configuration, moderation cases, custom commands, or backups at any time via the Web Dashboard (sentinel.vaultedfa.com/dashboard) or by removing Sentinel from their Discord server.
